Fredrik Norrman is the Global Product Manager for Audio at Axis Communications, where he leads the strategy and development of network audio solutions. With over two decades at Axis, he has held key roles in R&D, business development, partner management, and product management—bringing broad technical and commercial expertise to every initiative.
Prior to joining Axis, Fredrik worked in product management at Ericsson and Fingerprint Cards, gaining valuable experience in telecom and cellular technologies. His approach combines systems thinking, innovation, and a strong customer focus, enabling him to translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lund University, specializing in software and the management of network-connected devices (IoT). He also holds several patents in this field.
